Per Sigma's stated use for each brush, the Most-Wanted set covers 5 of these 8 steps and the Essential Travel set 7. Buying both gives 12 physical brushes but 10 brush models: the E30 and E40 are in both, full-size in Most-Wanted and as travel editions in Essential Travel. Check only the steps you actually do; no routine needs all of them.
